1. General Terms

By accessing or using the ff77 platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "ff77"), you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.3 Fraud & Cheating Prohibited

Any fraudulent activity, use of bots, operating multiple accounts, or any other attempt to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, ff77 reserves the right to close the relevant account without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

Creating an account at ff77 is completely free. During registration, you must provide your correct name, a valid mobile number, and any other required information. Providing incorrect information may cause complications during the withdrawal process later.

3.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is a serious violation and may result in all accounts being permanently closed. Using multiple accounts from the same device or IP address also falls under this rule.

3.3 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the ff77 support team immediately.

3.4 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (for example, your mobile number), please update your profile promptly or contact support. ff77 will not be responsible for any delays in withdrawal caused by outdated or incorrect information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

ff77 endeavors to process all successful transactions. However, ff77 will not be directly liable for any delays caused by payment gateway or network issues.

4.3 Secure Transactions

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. Your payment information is never shared with third parties. However, if money laundering or fraudulent transactions are suspected, ff77 reserves the right to hold any transaction and conduct an investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposited amount.

The period to complete the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. If the requirement is not met within this time, the bonus balance will be cancelled, but the original deposited funds will remain unaffected.

5.3 General Rules for Using Promotions

• Each promotion may be used only once unless stated otherwise.
• Promotional bonuses apply only to valid personal accounts.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the relevant bonus and any winnings will be fully cancelled.
• ff77 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• In any dispute related to a bonus, ff77's decision will be considered final.

5.4 VIP Program

ff77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can move up from one tier to a higher tier through regular active participation. Detailed information about VIP membership is available from the ff77 support team.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ff77 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. All games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures completely unbiased results.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ff77 platform:

6.3 Technical Errors

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at User Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Upon request, ff77 will complete the process as quickly as possible. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by ff77

ff77 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions.
• In the event of providing false information.
• If fraudulent activity is detected.
• On suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• In the event of operating multiple accounts.

The bonus balance of an account closed due to a rule violation will be forfeited. However, the original deposited funds (where fraud has not been proven) will be returned where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ff77 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of ff77 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or using any part of this content without prior written permission, other than for personal use, is prohibited.

Third-party game software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe) retain ownership of their respective content. This content is displayed on ff77 under license agreements with the respective providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

ff77 is committed to providing the best possible service. However, ff77 will not be liable in the following circumstances:
